Previously, I serviced no more than 1-3 clients at a time. I will be spacing clients even further by having one client in at a time. I'll do my best to keep the waits to a minimum but prepare to wait a few minutes in your vehicle if a client has to check out or exit.
We will not be sharing previously used capes. All capes will be discarded after use.
I will be wearing a face mask, face shield and clothing coveralls. Since I do not have face masks for everyone, it is MANDATORY that you bring your own face protection with you. It doesn't matter if it is a handkerchief or full mask, the additional layer is for both of our safety.
It is our standard practice to disinfect all non-disposable shared equipment and supplies with an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)- registered disinfectant .
We now know that people without a fever may still be carriers of this virus. However, fevers are an indicator that the body is trying to protect itself. I will perform no touch temperature checks before servicing all clients.
Because I will be seeing less clients to eliminate client overlap, adding additional time between clients to disinfect all communal surfaces and have limited workweek availability (Saturday & Sunday Only), I highly recommend you schedule as early and as far out as you are able to. This will secure the appointment time that work best for your schedule.
* This is a non-smoking studio.
* For your safety, No gum at the
shampoo bowl please. It's a choking hazard.
* Please remove and safely stow all jewelry before sitting under the hooded dryer or steamer to avoid injury.
* Please remain seated while color is being applied and processing.
* Please arrive on time or no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
* Parking is limited so if you arrive more than 15 minutes early, there may not be an available space.
*Please park directly in front of the property unless otherwise advised.
* If you know you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please be courteous and call or text to let your stylist know. This way your stylist can make any necessary adjustments in the schedule if need be and deliver the best quality of service to you and the patrons after you.
* A $40 deposit is required for extension appointments exceeding 2 hours. This deposit will be deducted from your total on the day that you pay the balance for your services and is not an additional fee. All online appointments made for extension services without securing a $40 deposit will be cancelled within 24 hours.
* All deposits are fully refundable up until 48 hours of the cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of notification to your stylist along with email confirmation of your refund. However, it may take 3-5 businesses days to be reflected in your account.
* Deposits made in cash will be refunded in cash during scheduled work days.
* Within 24 hours, a deposit is transferable to another appointment. Any cancellation less that 24 hours before an appointment is nonrefundable.
* No show's are unacceptable. Please be courteous and call if you need to cancel. If you are a no show and desire to return, I will gladly serve you. However, full payment for your next appointment will be required in advance before service is rendered.
* Space is limited so please only bring patrons being serviced for hair appointments unless other arrangements have been made with your stylist in advance.
* Please notify your stylist of any and all services that you desire. If you book styling services, they DO NOT include the takedown of a pre-existing style, treatment of dandruff or scalp conditions or extension hair (unless otherwise stated). Additional costs will be added and depending on the schedule for that day, your appointment for a style may be rescheduled if these needs are not made known in advance.
* Clients with severe scalp conditions, ringworms, severe psoriasis etc., WILL NOT be serviced. A dermatologist is recommended to treat the condition first.
* Please do not leave your child at the studio without your stylist's consent. If stylist is in agreement, please return no less than 10 minutes before the style is completed to allow time to review the style and process payment. I do my best to be punctual and this helps me to respect everyone's time and give all my clients better service.
